It is interesting to see how much music plays a big part in marketing/highlighting a TV show, and how we can sometimes tell what show is on without even looking at the screen. What's ironic (at least for me) is that most of the time, we don't even know the name of the song or the artist. For me, it's usually "Hey, that's the Office theme song!"
Good work Jake. Like a lot of students, your listening seems to go back and forth between Western art music and contemporary pop music.
